Johnny Johnson, Head Chef at our one of our prestigious city sites has won 2 medals at this year’s Salon Culinaire at Hotelympia. Johnny’s entry in the Restaurant Plates Fish Course category earned him a Silver medal and Best In Class award – a wonderful achievement. Then, if that wasn’t enough his entry the following day in the Restaurant Plates Main Course category earned him a Gold medal and another Best in Class. Phenomenal! There were 20 entrants 2 of whom also won gold medals but Johnny’s entry was deemed to be best of the best!!!
